Governed by the criteria specified in our Unify Partner Program, we ensure that our partners are trained to be able to sell and support the Unify solutions they provide. Individual employees at our partner organizations are taken through a series of online and web based training at the end of which they take a certification test which has an 80% pass level. Certifications last for 2 years with overall Partner Accreditation reviewed annually.

A wide range of support services are provided to our partner organizations. These include a secure remote access platform for system analysis and a fully managed ticketing system for escalation management. Through these processes and tools we ensure that Unify customers receive world class service and support. Unify is an Atos company.
