COVID 19 – Coronavirus Update

A message to our customers, clients and friends,

Following the recent advice and support issued by the UK government regarding COVID 19 Coronavirus, we wanted to reach out to share our plans for Active Voice and Data.

We have continuously provided our teams with guidance and information so they can keep themselves and their families safe.

Like many companies, we have been discussing or implementing remote-working plans in response to COVID-19, along with other measures to protect employees while ensuring business continuity.

Active Voice and Data have prepared for a scenario where all employees would be working from home and we have now taken the decision that all the Active Voice and Data Team who can work from home will do so, including our field business development managers. Our full team are fully equipped to carry out meetings via video conference or via the phone as necessary.

As a cloud-based company with a flexible infrastructure, we anticipate no impact to our customers or suppliers from home working and are confident in our ability to keep our IT platform performing and maintain a high level of customer service, with no interruptions.

All mainline Active Voice and Data contact numbers such as Customer Services, Sales, Marketing and Finance are in action and diverted to appropriate team members.Our Office will remain open at this time.We will continue to provide appropriate updates on the situation should it be necessary.
